Can I still drive?
Yes, and there is secure parking with your apartment. Plenty of residents keep a car for a while and then find they have stopped using it.
What if I give up the car?
This is about the best address on the Coast for that. The light rail runs the length of the city from a stop a short walk away, the buses run along Marine Parade, and the shops are close enough to walk to with a trolley.
Is it noisy, being on Marine Parade?
Come and stand on a balcony and judge for yourself — that is the honest answer, and it depends a great deal on which way the apartment faces and how high up it is.
How far is the hospital?
Gold Coast University Hospital is a short drive north, and there are medical practices and specialists in Southport itself.
